1. Always wear your undergarments while trying on clothes.

2. Keep those tags on while you're trying things out.

3. No need to wash anything you plan to return.

4. And remember, only wear the clothes briefly, please!

We kindly ask that you ensure your returned items are in their best condition. If they have any traces of deodorant, makeup, dirt, pet hair, or an unpleasant odor, we'll have to return them to you at your expense.

To initiate your return, please enter your order number and email address into our Returns Portal. Once completed, follow these simple steps:

1. Download and print the returns label provided.

2. Pack all the items you wish to return, and attach the printed label to the box. You can use the original packaging or another suitable box.

3. Take your package to any authorized Canada Post drop-off location and ship it back to us. Remember, you have 14 days after receiving your label to drop off your package at Canada Post. After this period, your return may be refused or subject to additional charges.

4. Once we receive the items, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Within Canada, once your return request is approved, we'll send you a pre-paid return label to make the process hassle-free for you. A $15 CAD fee will be deducted from the refund once we process your return.

For our customers outside of Canada, a $20 USD fee will be deducted from the refund once we process your return.

For our Canadian customers: Due to the holiday rush, please allow 15-20 business days for a refund to be processed. Please note that a fixed fee of $15 CAD is applied to every returns.

For our customers outside of Canada: Your refund will also be issued upon receiving your item at our warehouse. A shipping fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your refund. Due to the holiday rush, please allow 15-20 business days for a refund to be processed.
